Use

For painting mineral substrates of varying degrees of porosity and breathability, completely dry and stabilized
such as ceilings, masonry, concrete, cement and film coatings.
Also suitable for treating gypsum board, fiberglass fabric, plaster and wallpaper.
Recoating old, well-adhering coats of wall paint.
