Use
Decorative finishing of sufficiently dry and stabilized substrates such as ceilings, plasterboard, masonry, concrete, wallpaper, structured plaster, fiberglass and old coats of wall paint in premises where the aesthetic appearance and resistance of the velvety finish surface are very important.
