Highly fluid resin for mixing with 2nd sanding flour to fill joints, cracks, holes and splinters on glued parquet, furniture and woodwork.

Pro Tip:

Always use the Wood Putty Binder before sanding.
Adapt the consistency and proportions of the mixture to the size of the hole to be filled.
Larger holes and cracks can be filled in several passes.

LIANT MASTIC À BOIS should always be used before finishing sanding.
- Shake the can well before use.
- Do not use on wood floors with a floor temperature below 12°C and a relative humidity of more than
85%. Do not apply to wood with humidity above 10%. Use only in well-ventilated areas
.
- Mix thoroughly with flour from 2nd sanding, to the desired consistency;
proportions may vary according to the size of the hole to be filled: :
- fluid binder, containing around 20% wood flour by volume,
- thick binder, containing up to 50% wood flour by volume (maximum dose: it is important
not to exceed the 1:1 ratio by volume).
- The mixture should be used as quickly as possible, within 10 min.
N. B. prior to application, it is important to check the optimum balance between the
filling required and the fineness of the wood particles used, as well as their percentage:
too much flour will make the WOOD MASTIC BOND crumbly.
- Apply with a smooth, non-serrated spatula.
- Larger holes, cracks and fissures should be filled in several successive passes (each
"coat" should be thoroughly dried before being covered by the next).
- The final sanding and dusting is then carried out to remove any roughness from the wood.
- The prepared wood can then be finished with the BLANCHON finish of your choice: vitrifier, varnish, wax or encaustic,
oil.
