Use

Time-saving interior powder finishing coat for manual application.

Substrates

CACHET BLEU can be applied to new or renovated, rough or painted surfaces:

- Gypsum, plasterboard, plasterboard,
- Old painted surfaces,
- All types of plaster,
- Cement, concrete.

Coverage

CACHET BLEU NFE can be overcoated with all types of paint and wall coverings.

Physical and technical characteristics

CACHET BLEU: powder coating based on selected quarry products and binder.

- Characterization (NFT 36-005): family III-3- Coding (EN 16-566): G3S1V0W0A0C0R0
- Mixing ratio : 42% water (i. e. 0.42 l of water for 1 kg of powder)
- Application thickness: up to 2 mm locally
- Consumption: 250 to 350 g/m²
- Pot life: 24 hours
- Redoing: as soon as the coating is dry
- Recoating: 8 to 12 hours on average (after complete drying)
- Color: white
- White Index: 75 - Shore hardness: 80
- Coating/substrate adhesion (EN 16-566): > 0.5 MPa

Conditions of use and storage

- Application equipment: coating blade, smoothing tool.
- Tool cleaning: plaster residues can be rubbed off after drying; water is not necessary.
- Coating storage: product guaranteed for 12 months, as per purchase invoice, in original, sealed packaging and stored in a dry place.

Recommendations and precautions for use

- Do not apply CACHET BLEU on polystyrene, glued coatings or outdoors.
- Do not apply at temperatures < 8°C and > 35°C and humidity > 70%.
- Do not apply to overheated substrates.
- Do not apply to damp substrates.
- It is advisable not to rework the paste once it has begun to harden.
