Use
Decorative finishing of sufficiently dry and stabilized substrates such as ceilings, plasterboard, masonry, concrete, wallpaper, structured plaster, fiberglass and old wall paint in areas where the aesthetic appearance and resistance of the velvety surface finish are very important.
