V33 Garden Wood Treatment eliminates insects, termites and larvae responsible for wood degradation, and improves the durability of finishing products. Its formula is fortified with FUNGICIDE AGENTS for long-lasting protection of wood exposed to humidity, water and fungi.

How to use

TOOLS

Brush, roller or sprayer.

PREPARATION
Wood must be bare, clean and dry.

  • Varnished or painted wood: strip with V33 Special Wood Stripper. Rinse with water. Leave to dry for 24 hours. Sand and remove dust.
  • Waxed wood: remove wax layers with a wax remover. Sand and remove dust.
  • LASURED WOOD: sand back to untreated wood.

APPLICATION

APPLICATION ON ATTACKED WOOD (curative action):

  • Remove brittle parts by brushing and reinforce or replace excessively damaged parts.
  • Apply abundantly in 3 coats by brushing or spraying (using a garden sprayer) over the entire surface of the wood, including sections and joints.

APPLICATION ON HEALTHY WOOD (preventive action): Apply abundantly in 2 coats.

Warning: this product cannot be applied to wood in contact with the ground.

TIPS

It's advisable to treat all your wood preventively. This will protect them against wood-eating insects and, if you're in an infested area, termites.
To find out if your woodwork is already infested, take a sounding with an awl. If it sinks into the wood very easily, it means that the wood is attacked by insects.

20-YEAR GUARANTEED EFFECTIVENESS
When applied in accordance with the instructions and the rules of the trade, the treatment offers preventive, insecticide and fungicide effectiveness for up to 20 years.
To ensure effective preventive action, treated wood must not be sanded, cut or re-cut.
