The product can be applied in two ways:

Do-it-yourself: floor/parquet maintenance

  1. Substrate preparation: the substrate must be dry (wood with less than 12% moisture content) and free of grease and dirt.
Clean with Nacasa BIOFA 4010 or Napona BIOFA 2090 in case of heavy soiling.
Air or substrate temperature must not fall below 16°C.
Allow to dry thoroughly before application.
  2. Application: ready-to-use product.
Apply in one or two thin, even coats using a mop.
Heavily degraded or worn substrates should be sanded and retreated with the base products.
    Test first.
  3. Consumption: 30 to 40 ml/m², yield 25 to 35 m²/litre.

Intensive single-brush cleaning

  1. Substrate preparation: Substrate must be dry (wood with less than 12% humidity) and free of grease and dirt.
    Sweep and vacuum.
Protect furniture legs and baseboards, at least 20cm high, from splashes with stickers.
Close any holes (heating pipes) or cracks (expansion joints).
  2. Application: pour 500ml to 1l directly onto the floor; spread the product directly with a squeegee or the green pad/monobrush (slow speed) over an area of 2 to 5m²; scrub the floor wet for 5 to 10 minutes.
Pick up the blackened oil with a dustpan; repeat the wash several times until the oil remains colorless; start on the next 2 to 5 m².
After cleaning the entire surface, wipe over with a felt pad or blot up any remaining drops with rags; store pads and rags in hermetically sealed containers.
  3. After cleaning: depending on initial treatment:
BIOFA 2059: while the floor is still wet, apply BIOFA 2059, professional oil, drop by drop, buffing with a white pad on a single-brush machine.
BIOFA 2044, universal hard oil, apply with a velvet roller, do not polish! BIOFA 2055, wax-oil, apply with a velvet roller, do not polish!
